Creative and Practical Arts is a key learning area which provides opportunities for exploration of personal, social, cultural and spiritual values and expressions. CAPA consists of four content strands:
Our teachers provide a varied program of music, drama and dance. Opportunities for public performance are provided through eisteddfods, concerts and assemblies.
The Visual Arts are taught specifically in classroom programs and are often incorporated into many integrated units. In visual arts children are encouraged to explore the use of various media. A variety of artists and artworks are studied. Self-expression is encouraged and work is displayed around the classrooms and school and at public events.
