Personal Development, Health & Physical education
Class teachers follow NSW Board of Studies curriculum documents. Personal Development programs reflect the Catholic perspective of our education system and a special focus for personal development is covered in Stage 3.
Students have the opportunity to participate in a vast number of sporting experiences including our annual sports carnival, swimming carnival, cross-country, local and regional sporting tournaments, dance and visiting specialist lessons.
All children participate in the required minimum two hours of physical activity each week.

Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education develops the knowledge, skills, understandings, values and attitudes students need to lead healthy, active and fulfilling lives.
The three strands of PDHPE are:
The PDHPE program provides opportunities for students to explore and form positive attitudes about themselves and others, to communicate effectively, to work cooperatively with others and to develop and maintain positive relationships. It promotes physical activity and emphasizes informed decision making leading to effective and responsible actions.
Sport at All Hallows is about energy, teamwork, skill development, health and fun.
Students have the opportunity to take part in a number of sports at various levels. We try to offer a variety of sporting choices so all students can discover their passions and talents and we encourage participation in weekend sport.
